职位一：Intern – SAP Training & Role Management

JOB SUMMARY: Under  remote supervision, perform all steps and duties required to enable  appropriate end user access to the MDT Production SAP systems, using  both SABA and GRC.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:   

·  Identify the required SAP roles when an MDT employee or contractor requests access to SAP.

·  Update the MDT employee or contractors SABA account with the appropriate role assignment and certifications if required.

·  Review GRC requests for training.

·  Maintain and update SAP end user provisioning information as required.

·  Create, update and close requests in the MDT GRS system.

·  Ensure  that Medtronic's systems and the information on them are protected in  accordance with Medtronic's Information Protection Policies and  Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong English skills in both written and verbal communications.

· Teamwork skills.

· Knowledge in SAP, in particular the roles management area would be helpful.

· At least 3 days a week for 6 months.

 

职位二：Medtronic PR/Com Intern

职责：

· 新媒体：微信和微博的维护和推送，优酷腾讯视频的上传

· 新品牌：审核宣传资料是否符合要求

· 翻译：新闻稿、产品资料等

· 设计：名片、图片、视频字幕、邀请函、文档布局等

· 其他：合同盖章、会议支持、财务报销等行政类事务

要求：

·  熟练操作微信公众平台

·  熟练使用设计类软件，能完成基本的设计和修改任务（不需要非常精通）

·  良好的英语口语和写作能力

·  文笔优秀的优先

·  实习时间：每周至少三天，能够实习6个月以上的优先

 

职位三: SH Operation Intern

工作职责：

·  辅助Operation工作；

·  根据经销商提供的发票核对DMS系统植入数据；

·  材料复印、盖章、扫描、整理、编号等。

职位要求：

·  大学本科大二/大三在读学生

·  熟练使用office工具

·  每月工作2-3天
